教授,博士生导师,中心主任,长江学者青年学者,国家优秀青年基金获得者,北京市昌平区政协委员,IEEE/中国电子学会/中国计算机学会高级会员。2009年获得中国科学院软件所与爱尔兰都柏林城市大学联合培养博士学位,2002-2009年于中国科学院软件所任助理研究员,2007-2009年在爱尔兰做联合培养和访问研究,2009年至今工作于北京邮电大学。主要从事移动互联网、内容分发与传输、多媒体通信、云计算大数据、网络安全领域的研究工作,主持和参与了二十多个国家科研项目,近五年发表论文百篇,其中第一作者论文发表在IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials,IEEE Communications Magazine,IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing,IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting,IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology等本领域高水平期刊上,多篇入选ESI高被引论文,在国际上产生了重要的学术影响。授权国家发明专利25项,研究成果获得美国高通、华为、中兴、爱立信等公司的重视和应用合作。担任Wiley Transactions on Emerging Telecomm. Technologie、KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems、IEEE Systems Journal、Mobile Information Systems、International Journal of Distributed Sensor Network等国际SCI期刊的编辑或特邀编辑。担任ACM Mobimedia 2015,IEEE IWCMC’14/’15/’16,NANA 2016等国际会议的联合TPC主席,担任ACM MobiHoc, IEEE Infocom,IEEE ICC,IEEE Globecom等15个国际著名会议的TPC。担任IEEE多媒体通信技术委员会Services and Publicity Board常务委员,绿色多媒体通信组的联合主席。
